The advertised creator share is not an independently reconciled net receipt. Actual amounts depend on pool accounting, eligible trading, fee rights and collection costs. Creator fees do not belong to holders. Activity on other pools may not generate the same creator fees.

## Allocation and liquidity

The approximately EUR10 initial creator purchase received 2,244,682.327092335 tokens, about 0.224468% of initial supply. No additional team, marketing or airdrop reserve was requested. Creator tokens have no enforced sale restriction.

Two positive-liquidity positions had verified lock custody at launch. Coverage of all liquidity and precise creator fee entitlement remain separate, uncompleted checks. This is not a claim of fully locked liquidity or guaranteed exit liquidity.

## Fee examples

At the advertised creator rate, 1,000 of eligible trading value generates 5 of illustrative gross creator fees; 10,000 generates 50. Both buys and sells may generate fees while the token price falls. These examples are not forecasts or holder income.

Illustrative net creator fees = eligible traded value × 0.005 − collection and conversion costs. Costs can exceed receipts. Personal taxes and time are excluded.

At an unchanged price, a 1% fee on both purchase and sale leaves 98.01 out of 100 before slippage and network costs. Offsetting those two assumed fees requires about 2.03% price appreciation. Actual execution varies.

## Participation

Mini-games, verified check-ins and registered card downloads require at least **10,000 DUSKOWL in the connected wallet**. The website verifies a signed login message and checks the exact token balance before each participation. Signing costs nothing and cannot transfer or lock tokens. Holding tokens is an access condition, not staking or a financial reward.

Each wallet may register one permanent nickname and job. A versioned SHA-256 hash of the lowercase nickname and job generates its owl avatar. Nicknames and avatar identifiers cannot be registered twice. This is a site identity, not an on-chain NFT; downloaded images can be copied. Wallet address, identity and progress are stored on the server. Confession drafts remain in the current tab and are never posted automatically.

Falling below the threshold pauses participation without deleting the identity or progress. There is no token allocation, income or financial right attached to games or titles. DUSKOWL is speculative and may lose value; neither participation nor buying guarantees appreciation.
